The Greenbelt is the section of the Stolen Lands directly south of Brevoy and as such, is also the most relatively secure.  This section of the Stolen Lands was recently gifted to the party as theirs to rule as they see fit following their defeat of The Stag Lord.  Early signs point to this new barony being ruled by Vlad Black with help from the other members of the party.
