The Golden Spinnakers is a gnomish guild of master tradesmen and innovators.  The guild initially began as a sailing guild and their sailors were among the finest in Golarion.  They took their sailing prowess and used it as a basis for developing a thriving business as traders.  In recent years, with the sudden burgeoning of technology, the gnomes have used their skills to develop some of the most cutting edge technology in the world.  Most notably, in Taldor, they have develop a system of over land travel that allows them to move both rapidly and fairly securely, calling this system of travel a rail network.  They hope to expand this network across all of Golarion, thereby securing their place as the premier source for trade between cities and nations.
