Pavetta Stroon was married off to the younger Hannis Drelev in an effort to improve the standing of her father’s house and to gain a new ally among House Drelev. The marriage was one of political convenience and the strained relationship between Pavetta and Hannis grew more strained when Hannis accepted a charter to head into the Stolen Lands. Pavetta, used to growing up in the keeps and manor houses of nobles is not at all pleased with the idea of moving to the wilderness.
