Codo is a middle aged gnome representing the Golden Spinnakers. He first came to the party’s attention after their received their charter granting them the right to rule the Greenbelt. Codo was among the first of many individuals, representing numerous interests, to approach the party with an offer of aid in the founding and development of their new nation. Codo’s offer to the new nation was simple, the Golden Spinnakers would offer the party some resources to help get their new nation off the ground in exchange for trade agreements with the organization as well as a future promise of the development of a rail system through the new nation to help with their trade routes. This offer was accepted after a small amount of debate.
