Beovir is the proprietor of the popular Flaming Wench Inn in Raven’s Bluff. It is his inn in which Kundal was staying when a series of grisly murders occurred in town. Despite his claims of innocence, he too has come under suspicion as a possible werewolf while the authorities continue to investigate the crimes.
