Agai is the chieftian of the Culchek spriggan tribe. The Culcheks had a lair in a cave in the Tors of Levenies, but they recently moved into the town of Varnhold after they observed it to be abandoned by the previous occupants. When the party explored the town of Varnhold after the occupants vanished, they made mostly peaceful contact with Agai and were able to examine the blockhouse where the tribe had taken up residence. The two groups agreed to leave each other alone as the party continued to search for the residents of Varnhold.
