Count Addar Arnovski is a retired general of the Brevoy army. Upon retiring, Arnovski turned toward mercantile endeavors and developed a particular fondness for riverfront business. Using his sharp intellect, and strong personality, Arnovski has built a small empire of his own, as he currently owns a substantial portion of Restov’s riverfront and warehouses.

When he learned that new nations were being developed in the Stolen Lands, Arnovski was quick to seize the opportunity to expand his business into the previously wild regions. He approached the leaders of Pohjola with an offer that would allow him to develop a system of lochs on the Shrike River, which would potentially enable him to use the river to ship goods from Restov all the way to Mivon.
